TMTech and iCreate Technologies Plan to Merge in August 2007

TMTech and iCreate Technologies recently announced that they plan to merge by August 31, 2007. TMTech focuses on system chips for network communications, imaging, and consumer electronics applications. iCreate, which is a subsidiary of Etron Technology, specializes in flash memory controller ICs and fiber optics ICs.
